Our services
HFM Transport moves goods by road for business customers: shippers, logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and companies that do not arrange transport themselves.

Domestic transport
We move goods by road within the Netherlands. That can be a one-off run, or just as easily a fixed route that comes back every week. You get one point of contact who follows the journey from start to finish.
Because the lines are short, you hear about it straight away when something changes en route. That avoids surprises at the loading and unloading bay, and keeps your own planning calm.

International transport
For international work we run between the Netherlands and destinations within the European Union and the EEA. The shortest lines go through Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France; destinations further afield we discuss per enquiry.
Cross-border haulage involves more than the drive itself: paperwork, driving and rest times, and planning on both sides of the border. We agree all of that with you up front, so it is clear who arranges what.

Full Truck Load (FTL)
With Full Truck Load you reserve the entire capacity of a trailer. Your consignment goes straight from the collection address to the delivery address, with no stops for other loads and no transhipment on the way.
It is the obvious choice for larger volumes, for freight that may not be combined with anything else, or whenever you want to keep the number of times a consignment is handled as low as possible.

Specialisms
What we haul
Which equipment a job needs depends on the freight. These are the kinds of transport we run.
Sea container transport
Containers to and from the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp. We collect the container at the terminal or return it there, and run on to the loading or delivery address.
Refrigerated transport
Temperature-controlled transport in a reefer trailer, mainly for fruit and vegetables. We agree the temperature with you in advance and hold it en route.
Curtainsider transport
A curtainsider loads from the side as well as the rear. That saves time with pallets, machinery, and freight that will not fit through the back doors.
Tank transport
Liquid freight in a tank trailer. What we can carry depends on the product and the requirements attached to it; put your enquiry to us and we will tell you what is possible.
Out of gauge transport
Freight that falls outside standard dimensions: too long, too wide, too high or too heavy for an ordinary trailer. Route, permits and any escort are arranged per transport, because no two consignments are alike.
